Step 1: In a small bowl, combine first 9 ingredients until well blended all ingredients.
Step 2: Add in 1 teaspoon water and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (for a thinner consistancy add in 1 more teaspoon of water) and if you prefer more spicy then add in more cayenne.
Step 3: Chill for at least 4 or more hours before serving (stirring a few time during chilling time).
