Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 1/2 cups ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped celery
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon minced yellow onion (or 2 teaspoons finely chopped green onion)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons prepared horseradish (not the creamy horseradish sauce)
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt (can use white salt, seasoned salt is better)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic power
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons water
  • Cayenne pepper (start with 1/4 teaspoon and adjust to taste)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a small bowl, combine first 9 ingredients until well blended all ingredients.

  • Step 2: Add in 1 teaspoon water and 1/4 teaspoon cayenne (for a thinner consistancy add in 1 more teaspoon of water) and if you prefer more spicy then add in more cayenne.

  • Step 3: Chill for at least 4 or more hours before serving (stirring a few time during chilling time).
