Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 pound lean ground pork
  • 1 large garlic clove crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic chili paste
  • 15 button mushrooms, cut in half
  • 3 Hamburget buns

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all the ingredients together except the mushrooms and buns. Use your hands but be gentle or your burgers will be tough.

  • Step 2: Shape into 3 burgers, refrigerate for an hour or more

  • Step 3: On a lightly oiled skillet, high heat, brown one side of the burger for 1 minute

  • Step 4: Turn heat to medium, flip the burgers and cover the pan. Cook for 3 minutes

  • Step 5: Flip the burgers again add mushrooms, cover and continue cooking for approximated another 8 minutes. Stir the mushrooms around so they get browned on all sides. Internal temperature should be 160f

  • Step 6: Serve on a bun of your choice and whatever condiments you prefer. Add cheese, tomatoes, lettuce, onion slic or just have it plain.
