Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 extra large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cider vinegar (don't substitute)
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (kosher or sea salt)
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 cup water
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dressing ... I make this in a small tupperware container or small microwavable bowl. Add all the ingredients and mix well. Heat on medium (power 4 or 5) for 30 seconds, remove and stir. Back in the microwave for another 30 seconds, remove and mix well. You don't want do scramble the eggs, just warm up the dressing. Depending on your microwave, it will take 2 or 3 times. It should be served warm NOT hot.

  • Step 2: Serve ... Toss or drizzle with your greens and ENJOY! One of my favorite dressings, and so easy.
