  • 1 (4 ounce) package instant chocolate pudding
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 2 ounces semi-sweet chocolate, melted

How to Make

  • Step 1: Thaw pastry for 20 minutes. Preheat oven to 400. On a lightly floured board cut pastry into 4 strips, each 2 1/2 inches wide. Cut each strip crosswise into thirds. Bake on an ungreased baking sheet for 12-15 minutes. Watch carefully to prevent burning. Prepare pudding according to package directions, substituting sour cream for half of the milk. Cut pastry rectangles in half, making a top and a bottom.

  • Step 2: Generously spoon pudding on bottom half and top with the other half. Blend sugar and milk. Spread on top and drizzle with melted chocolate.
