  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
  • 1 large red onion, cut into wedges
  • 1 cup fresh snow peas, trimmed
  • 1 /2 pounds large shrimp, peeled
  • 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds

How to Make

  • Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok, over medium high heat. Combine ginger, soy sauce, vinegar,sugar, and garlic in a small bowl; whisk well.

  • Step 2: Add peppers and onions to hot pan; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and shrimp; stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture, stir fry one minute or until shrimp are pink. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame oil and seeds.
