Step 1: Heat vegetable oil in a large nonstick skillet or wok, over medium high heat. Combine ginger, soy sauce, vinegar,sugar, and garlic in a small bowl; whisk well.
Step 2: Add peppers and onions to hot pan; stir fry for 2 minutes. Add snow peas and shrimp; stir fry for 3 minutes. Add the soy sauce mixture, stir fry one minute or until shrimp are pink. Remove from heat, sprinkle with sesame oil and seeds.
