Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/3 cup mushrooms (1 small can)
  • 2 cups chicken, cooked and diced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 (8 ounce) rolls refrigerated crescent rolls
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 ( 6 ounce) box Stove Top seasoned stuffing mix, crushed (It is easiest to buy the stuffing with the seasonings already mixed in), then put it in a Ziploc bag, and crush it with your rolling pin
  • 2 cups chicken gravy

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Cream cheese and butter together. Add pecans, mushrooms, salt and pepper. Mix. Add chicken, then mix it all together.

  • Step 3: Place one heaping tablespoon of mixture in each roll. Roll up and seal edges.

  • Step 4: Brush roll in melted butter and roll in stuffing crumbs.

  • Step 5: Bake on parchment lined cookie sheet for 15-20 minutes, watch them carefully, as sometimes the bottoms brown fast. Be sure to check them after 15 minutes.

  • Step 6: Top with chicken gravy, and serve.
