Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 10 wonton wrappers
  • 2 ounces ground pork
  • 1/2 small shallot (minced)
  • 2 mushrooms (minced)
  • 1 ounce fresh raw shrimp (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon soya sauce
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl but not the wrappers and blend well.

  • Step 2: Put a little bit of filling on each wonton wrapper. Dampen the edges with water and with a point facing you fold one corner up to make triangle then fold over the left and right corners on top of each other. Should look like a little hat kinda.

  • Step 3: Fry in hot oil till nicely brown and crispy 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
