Step 1: Mix all ingredients together in a bowl but not the wrappers and blend well.
Step 2: Put a little bit of filling on each wonton wrapper. Dampen the edges with water and with a point facing you fold one corner up to make triangle then fold over the left and right corners on top of each other. Should look like a little hat kinda.
Step 3: Fry in hot oil till nicely brown and crispy 5-7 minutes. Drain on paper towels and serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
