  • 5 cups graham cracker crumbs (40 squares)
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup cold butter, cubed (use only butter NOT margarine)

How to Make

  • Step 1: In food processor or bowl, combine crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and salt. Pulse or cut in butter until mixture begins to clump together.

  • Step 2: Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 months.

  • Step 3: TO PREPARE: press about 1 3/4 cups crust mix into bottom and sides of 9 inch pie plate. Bake at 375* for 8-10 minutes. Chill 30 min before filling
