The ingredients are:
  • 2 cups chicken, chopped
  • 1/2 cup chopped water chestnuts -- or use 1 celery rib, diced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1/2 cup sliced almonds
  • 2 ounces chopped pimiento, drained
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 1/2 cups French fried onion rings - or 1 small can

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix all ingredients except French fried onion rings.Transfer into 7x11 inch shallow greased baking dish.
