  • 1 package (500 grams) gnocchi
  • 1 pound Italian sausage links (casings removed)
  • 1 can (28 ounce) diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 yellow onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (10 ounce) condensed tomato soup
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 ounces sliced mushrooms
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried basil
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried thyme
  • Salt to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Brown ground sausage meat with onion and garlic with a bit of oil.

  • Step 2: Drain off fat and pour into crock-pot.

  • Step 3: Add remaining ingredients to crock, except for gnocchi.

  • Step 4: Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.

  • Step 5: Add gnocchi and cook for another hour.

  • Step 6: Serve.
