Step 1: In a skillet heat butter over medium-high heat. Add in the spaghetti pieces stir constantly until the spaghetti begins to brown.
Step 2: Just as the spaghetti is starting to brown, add in the rice, stir constantly until the rice is coated with the butter and the spaghetti darkens/browns more. Pour in broth and bouillion powder. Simmer until liquid is absorbed. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
