Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1(14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained, coarsely chopped
  • 1/2 cup spinach, frozen chopped, or fresh steamed, well drained (I use my hands to squeeze out all the water)
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (do not use Miracle Whip)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
  • 1 clove garlic, finely minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil or 1 tablespoons chopped fresh
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  • Step 2: Cream together mayonnaise, Parmesan, garlic, basil, and garlic salt. Mix well. Add the artichoke hearts and spinach and mix until blended. Spray pie pan with nonstick cooking spray, spread in dip, and top with mozzarella cheese.

  • Step 3: Bake at 350 degrees F for 25 minutes or until the top is browned. Serve with toasted bread.
