Step 1: Mix ingredients together in small bowl.
Step 2: Add mixture to strained stock that has been cooled to room temperature (no more than 2 liters at a time); bring to a boil over medium heat and continue to simmer for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Remove from heat, let stand a couple minutes.
Step 4: Strain through a sieve double lined with cheesecloth into a large measuring cup or bowl.
