The ingredients are:
  • 1/4 cup oil (extra virgin olive oil)
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 chicken breast, boneless and skinless (butterflied,cut into 1/2 inch strips)
  • 2 cups broccoli (flowerets)
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes (oiled packed, drained and chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup white wine, dry
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 pound pasta (bow tie pasta, cooked and drained)
  • Parmesan cheese, freshly grated, optional

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.

  • Step 2: Sauté the garlic for 1 minute and then add chicken strips. Sauté until chicken is completely cooked.

  • Step 3: Add the sun-dried tomatoes, basil, salt, pepper, wine, butter, and the broccoli. Cook mixture for 3-5 minutes, or until heated thoroughly and broccoli is crisp-tender.

  • Step 4: Toss the cooked pasta with the chicken mixture and serve with freshly grated parmesan cheese.
