Step 1: Mix cottage cheese with 1 tablespoon of milk. Mix well until you can't tell it's cottage cheese. I whirl this in my mini-blender.
Step 2: Add all other ingredients except for milk. Mix at high speed until well blended - if too thick, add more milk. Put in container, cover well and chill very, very well. Add a bit more milk before serving if too think to your liking.
