Step 1: Put tuna, scallions, shallot, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl and knead together.
Step 2: Divide tuna into burger portions.
Step 3: Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a wide heavy bottomed saute, skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
Step 4: Cook the burgers for 2-minutes on each side for rare or longer for desired doneness.
Step 5: Serve each burger on a bun with your favorite condiments. Enjoy
