  • 2 pounds sushi-grade tuna (minced)
  • 2 scallions finely chopped (green part only)
  • 1 large shallot (minced)
  • 1 garlic clove (minced)
  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil (extra virgin)
  • Hamburger style buns

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put tuna, scallions, shallot, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and 2 tablespoons olive oil in a bowl and knead together.

  • Step 2: Divide tuna into burger portions.

  • Step 3: Pour the remaining 2 tablespoons of olive oil into a wide heavy bottomed saute, skillet or grill pan over medium heat.

  • Step 4: Cook the burgers for 2-minutes on each side for rare or longer for desired doneness.
