Step 1: In a bowl whisk the first 10 ingredients together until well blended; transfer to a large plastic bag, add in chicken; coat well. Seal bag and refrigerate overnight turning the bag frequently during chilling time. Remove chicken to a shallow rack in a baking pan; discard marinade.
Step 2: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Fit a rack into a greased baking dish. Remove chicken from bag and discard marinade. Place the chicken on rack skin side facing down.
Step 3: Bake uncovered (375 degrees) for 30 minutes. Turn to skin side up and bake about 15-20 minutes longer or until cooked through (cooking time will depend on what chicken part you are using).
