Step 1: In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Step 2: Add pork, onion, ginger, cloves, salt and pepper; cook over medium heat, stirring frequently, until pork is mostly done, about 10 minutes.
Step 3: In a bowl, combine vinegar, tomato paste, sugar, lemon juice and Tabasco; stir until sugar dissolves.
Step 4: Add beans and sauce to pan; stir well to combine.
Step 5: Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for about 30 minutes or until completely heated through.
Step 6: Serve with either cornbread or your favourite crusty bread, or just by itself if you prefer.
