Step 1: Beat egg white until stiff.
Step 2: Then add all the other ingredients, one at a time, stirring in the pecans as the last ingredient.
Step 3: Drop by teaspoonful on a parchment lined (or lightly greased) baking sheet and bake at 250 degrees for 30 minutes.
Step 4: Let stand for an additional 20 to 30 minutes on the pan to cool before removing, if you can make yourself wait that long to taste.
