Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1 1/4 cups sour cream
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce
  • 3/4 pound bacon slices (cooked and crumbled)
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • Assorted crackers or breadsticks (or both)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Grease a 9 or 10-inch deep-dish pie plate. In a large bowl beat cream cheese with sour cream and garlic and Worcestershire sauce until blended; mix in cheddar cheese, hot sauce, bacon and green onion.

  • Step 2: Transfer to pie plate (at this point you may cover and refrigerate until ready to bake). Bake 25-35 minutes or until heated through. Serve with assorted crackers and/or breadsticks.
