Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 1/2 cups frozen green beans, defrosted and drained
  • 1 (15 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 5 medium potatoes, chopped
  • 1/2 cup warm milk
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. In large skillet, saute onions in a little oil. Add ground beef and salt and pepper to taste and brown the beef.

  • Step 2: Add drained beans and tomato soup. Pour into 9x13 baking dish.

  • Step 3: While beef is browning, boil and mash the potatoes with milk, egg, salt & pepper.

  • Step 4: Make small piles on top of meat mixture. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes.
