Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 8 tortillas (8-inch, low-carb flour tortillas)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • 2 apples (red apples, cored and thinly sliced)
  • 8 ounces gouda cheese (shredded)
  • TOPPINGS
  • Sour cream
  • Salsa
  • Guacamole

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat griddle to high.

  • Step 2: Brush oil on one side of tortilla. Place on a plate oil-side-down. Spread 1/2 tablespoon mustard on tortilla.

  • Step 3: Top with green onion, apple slices, and 1/2 cup shredded gouda.

  • Step 4: Place second tortilla on top. Brush with olive oil.

  • Step 5: Repeat. Stacking quesadillas on a plate.

  • Step 6: Brush grill with oil. Put quesadillas on griddle. Cook 3 minutes or until crispy. Flip and grill other side for 3 minutes or until crispy.

  • Step 7: Cut into quarters. Serve hot with topping of your choice.
