Step 1: In bowl, mix oil, molasses, Splenda and egg.
Step 2: In another small bowl, combine flours, baking soda and spices.
Step 3: Add flour mixture to molasses mixture. Mix well.
Step 4: Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours.
Step 5: Preheat oven to 375F. LIGHTLY coat cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.
Step 6: Shape dough into one-inch balls and roll in sugar.
Step 7: Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Remove from baking sheet to wire rack immediately.
