Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup molasses
  • 1/2 cup Splenda
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1/8 teaspoons ground cloves
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar

How to Make

  • Step 1: In bowl, mix oil, molasses, Splenda and egg.

  • Step 2: In another small bowl, combine flours, baking soda and spices.

  • Step 3: Add flour mixture to molasses mixture. Mix well.

  • Step 4: Cover and refrigerate dough for at least 2 hours.

  • Step 5: Preheat oven to 375F. LIGHTLY coat cookie sheet with non-stick cooking spray.

  • Step 6: Shape dough into one-inch balls and roll in sugar.

  • Step 7: Place on cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375 for 10 min. Remove from baking sheet to wire rack immediately.
