Step 1: Remove mushroom stems, and chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup.
Step 2: Cook half of mushroom caps in 3 tablespoons margarine over medium heat for 5 minutes.
Step 3: Drain on paper towels.
Step 4: Repeat with other half of mushrooms.
Step 5: Combine cream cheese and blue cheese.
Step 6: Mix until well blended.
Step 7: Stir in chopped stems and onions.
Step 8: Fill each mushroom cap with cheese mixture.
Step 9: Place caps on cookie sheet.
Step 10: Broil until golden brown and cheese is soft.
