Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 onion, roughly chopped
  • 4 large garlic cloves
  • 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and ribs removed
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (depends on how spicy you like them)
  • 2 pounds chicken wings split and tips removed

How to Make

  • Step 1: Puree all the ingredients except wings in a blender until smooth.

  • Step 2: Place the wings in a large re-sealable plastic bag along with the marinade; swish together to coat the wings.

  • Step 3: Refrigerate for at least four hours turning every hour.

  • Step 4: Remove wings from marinade and toss into the actifry; cook for 25 to 30 minutes until cooked through.
