Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 head cauliflower
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup salad dressing (kraft ranch dressing)
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme (chopped)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg

How to Make

  • Step 1: While a large saucepan is coming to a boil, cut up the cauliflower into florets

  • Step 2: Add cauliflower to boiling water and bring back to a boil. Then lower heat to medium and simmer for about 15 minutes or until tender then drain

  • Step 3: Put all ingredients in a food processor until blended. Start with 1/4 of the milk. Some cauliflowers are larger than others. If it is too thick you can add a bit more milk up to the 1/2 cup

  • Step 4: Then serve and enjoy
