Step 1: Cook noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile in a bowl, combine the mayo, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder and basil. Stir in the vegetables, chicken and 1 cup cheddar cheese.
Step 2: Drain the pasta; stir into vegetable mixture. Transfer to a greased 1 1/2 quart microwave-safe dish. Sprinkle with the remaining 1/2 cup shredded cheese.
Step 3: Cover and microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes or until heated through and the cheese is melted. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
