  • 2 pounds potatoes
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 4 tablespoons chipotle sauce, divided
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Cut the potatoes into chunky fries and pour into a large bowl with the oil and 2 tablespoons of the chipotle sauce. Toss to coat.

  • Step 2: Pour the coated potatoes into a preheated air fryer.

  • Step 3: Cook for 25 to 30 minutes. (This will depend on the thickness of the potatoes.)

  • Step 4: Meanwhile, mix together the mayonnaise and the remainder of the chipotle sauce in a small bowl.

  • Step 5: When fries are cooked sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve with the mayo mixture to dip your fries in.
