Step 1: Brown beef, onion, garlic and salt (add a little oil if you find you need it - I normally don't)
Step 2: Add noddles.
Step 3: Combine tomato juice/V-8 juice, Worchestershire sauce, celery salt, salt, pepper, broth and water in a bowl and stir. Pour mixture over beef and noodles.
Step 4: Cover and simmer 20-30 minutes (or until noodles are cooked to your liking).
Step 5: Stir in mushrooms and sour cream and heat through. Serve.
Step 6: Note: I always do this in my electric skillet.
