  • 2 artic char fillets (4 ounce each), rinsed and dried
  • 4 tablespoons lite mayonaisse
  • 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 3 tablespoons chives, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon worchestershire sauce

How to Make

  • Step 1: Place the char in a lightly oiled baking dish, skin side down

  • Step 2: Mix together the mayo, parmesan, chives and worchestershire sauce

  • Step 3: Spread the mayo mixture on the fillets

  • Step 4: Bake in 425 oven for 15 minutes or until the fish flakes easily
