Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12 large muffin cups.
Step 2: In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder and basil.
Step 3: Beat butter with sugar until creamy; add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture and milk to butter mixture, alternating dry and liquid ingredients.
Step 4: Quickly fold in cheese and chopped pepperoni. Spoon batter into prepared tins. Bake for 25-30 min until done.
