  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/2 cup soft butter
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup 1% milk
  • 1 cup grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped pepperoni

How to Make

  • Step 1: Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease and flour 12 large muffin cups.

  • Step 2: In a small bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and garlic powder and basil.

  • Step 3: Beat butter with sugar until creamy; add eggs; beat well. Gradually add flour mixture and milk to butter mixture, alternating dry and liquid ingredients.

  • Step 4: Quickly fold in cheese and chopped pepperoni. Spoon batter into prepared tins. Bake for 25-30 min until done.
