Step 1: Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit.
Step 2: In a large bowl, sift together the flour, salt and baking soda; set aside. Cream the butter; add sugar and mix well.
Step 3: Stir in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Step 4: Slowly stir the flour mixture into the creamed butter mixture, a bit at a time.
Step 5: Flatten 1 tablespoon of dough at time and wrap around a Rolo chocolate.
Step 6: Roll into a ball and place one inch apart from each other onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Step 7: Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, until bottom of cookie begins to brown.
Step 8: Remove from oven and place the baking sheet on a cooling rack.
Step 9: Cool completely before serving.
Step 10: Enjoy.
