The ingredients are:
  • 2 (10 ounce) beef strip loin steaks
  • 2 tablespoons grainy Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon prepared minced garlic
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix the mustard, olive oil, rosemary and minced garlic together in a large re-sealable freezer bag.

  • Step 2: Add the steaks and swish the marinade over the steaks insuring they are well coated; marinate refrigerated for 4 hours.

  • Step 3: Take the marinating steaks out of the refrigerator and let sit for about 1/2 an hour at room temperature.

  • Step 4: Remove steaks from marinade and grill or pan fry the steak until they have reached the desired doneness.
