Step 1: Mix the mustard, olive oil, rosemary and minced garlic together in a large re-sealable freezer bag.
Step 2: Add the steaks and swish the marinade over the steaks insuring they are well coated; marinate refrigerated for 4 hours.
Step 3: Take the marinating steaks out of the refrigerator and let sit for about 1/2 an hour at room temperature.
Step 4: Remove steaks from marinade and grill or pan fry the steak until they have reached the desired doneness.
