  • 1 (24 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes (country style)
  • 2 tablespoon diced minced onions
  • 2 cups water
  • 1 (14 ounce) can condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups 1% milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Grated reduced-fat cheddar cheese

How to Make

  • Step 1: Simmer potatoes, onion and water in saucepan over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, until tender. Add remaining 4 ingredients and heat to boiling.
