  • 1 teaspoon horseradish (prepared, more less to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon white wine

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix everything in a small bowl or cup and refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Step 2: Grill ... Use just as you would BBQ sauce. Brush the glaze/sauce on often during cooking. Jellies are sugary, so they can burn; so, it is best to grill over indirect heat if using an outdoor grill.
