  • 1/2 red (8 ounce) onion, fine dice
  • 1 cup diced bell pepper, any color
  • 3 ounces olives (1/2 cup chopped, stuffed olives)
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/2 olive oil
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon, celery seed
  • 1 teaspoon mustard seed

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a large bowl, mix together the cabbage, onion, bell pepper and olives.
