Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter (I just use salted)
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 (300 gram) bag of butterscotch chips
  • 1 (200 gram) bag of rainbow mini marshmallows
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Lightly grease a 11 x 7-inch or a 9 x 9-inch pan pan, or whatever size you want.

  • Step 2: In a medium saucepan melt together butter, peanut butter and butterscotch chips on very low heat until dissolved. Stir constantly to avoid burning. Remove from heat and allow to cool a bit before adding marshmallows (so they won't melt). Pour into pan (if you prefer thicker squares) and refrigerate for an hour to set. Cut into squares and serve.
