Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 (14 ounce) can can kidney beans
  • 1 (10 ounce) jar picante sauce (mild, med, or hot to taste)
  • 1 pound Velveet processed cheese, cubed
  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 pound bulk sausage meat
  • 1 large onion, diced
  • 1/2 cup black olives (opr one small can)
  • 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

How to Make

  • Step 1: Put kidney beans, picante sauce, & cubed Velveeta cheese into a crock pot. Set to low heat.

  • Step 2: In a skillet cook the ground beef, sausage meat, diced onion, sliced black olives, seasoned salt, & garlic powder into a skillet and fry to brown (15 minutes). Drain all grease, then transfer to a slowcooker and stir until cheese is fully melted. Serve with tortilla chips.
