Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 2 (10 ounce) cans condensed tomato soup
  • 3 cups water (or mix water and milk)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 green onions, diced
  • 1/3 to 1/2 cup diced pepperoni
  • 1 cup dry small pasta (macaroni, shells or what you want to use)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a saucepan combine the condensed tomato soup, water, oregano and garlic. Bring to a light simmer. Stir in green onions pepperoni and pasta. Simmer over low heat until pasta is tender.

  • Step 2: Pour soup into oven-proof bowls (or a casserole dish). Top with cheeses. Oven broil for about 5 minutes.
