Step 1: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F.
Step 2: Peel and devein shrimp, leaving tails intact.
Step 3: Mix together olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper in a bowl. Add shrimp and toss lightly to coat.
Step 4: Refrigerate 30-60 minutes.
Step 5: In a dish, combine bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese.
Step 6: Place each shrimp in bread crumb mixture, then turn them to lightly coat both sides.
Step 7: Arrange shrimp so that they aren't touching each other, in a ungreased 9x13 inch pan.
Step 8: Drizzle evenly with melted butter.
Step 9: Place the pan on the center rack of oven, and bake for 10 minutes, or until done.
Step 10: Serve immediately with lemon wedges to squirt over the tops of the shrimp.
