  • 1/4 cup cranberries, chopped (fresh or frozen thawed or dried cranberries)
  • 5 teaspoons cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons water

How to Make

  • Step 1: Combine the apple jelly, juice and cardamom in a saucepan. Cook and stir over low heat until smooth. Add apples and cranberries; cook until tender, about 5-10 minutes.

  • Step 2: Combine cornstarch and water until smooth; stir into apple mixture. Bring to a boil. Cook and stir for 1-2 minutes or until thickened.

  • Step 3: Serve at the table to spoon onto slices of pork roast.
