Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts (toasted)
  • Cinnamon, pinch
  • 2 to 3 cups fresh fruit (mixed)
We recommend you get your ingredients ready before you start cooking. Once you're ready, here are the steps to making this delicious recipe

How to Make

  • Step 1: Dip ... Mix everything except the nuts in a small bowl; cover and refrigerate until ready to use.

  • Step 2: Fruit ... Any mix you want. Berries, tropical fruit (mango, papaya, kiwi, banana, papaya), apples, plums, peaches, grapes, apricots, etc.; just use what is in season, and are your favorites.

  • Step 3: Serve ... For a parfait, layer your favorite fruit with some of the dip, and walnuts; or, just serve as a dip with skewers of fresh fruit. Make sure to add the dip to a 'pretty' serving bowl, and top with the walnuts. Or, serve a bowl of fruit family style, then either top with dip and nuts; or, mix the dip in with the fruit, and garnish with the nuts. ENJOY!
