Step 1: Place butter and sugars into a 2 cup ramekin, beat with spoon until well combined.
Step 2: Add beaten egg and vanilla, mixing to combine.
Step 3: Add flour, baking soda and salt. Stir a couple times, then add chocolate chips and nuts, stirring to combine.
Step 4: Microwave for 60 seconds then remove. Run a plastic knife around edges. It will be slightly gooey, but no worries. The cookie will continue to set up in hot ramekin.
Step 5: Top with a large scoop of French Vanilla or Chocolate Chip ice cream, and drizzle with hot fudge and a sprinkling of chopped nuts. Serve immediately.
