  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 2 green peppers
  • 2 jalapenos, diced finely
  • 6 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 2 (11 ounce) cans condensed nacho cheese soup
  • 4 cups milk
  • 2 cups frozen whole corn kernels
  • 2 medium tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 (8 ounce) jar hot jalapeno nacho cheese spread (Fritos brand if possible)
  • Salt and peppr
  • Corn tortilla chips

How to Make

  • Step 1: In a pot brown beef with onion, green pepper, jalapeno and garlic. Drain off fat. Stir in soup, milk, corn, tomato and cheese spread. Add Salt and pepper.
