Step 1: Use an empty bottle to puncture the watermelon. Just twist the bottle into the rind and pull back out until you have a small hole that goes all the way down to the flesh.
Step 2: Place the full vodka bottle upside down in the hole. Refrigerate for 2 to 3 days until all the vodka is absorbed into the fruit.
Step 3: When your guests arrive, take the watermelon out of the fridge and cut big chunks for everyone to taste.
