Step 1: Wraps ... Warm up the wraps for just 10-20 seconds in the microwave. You want them warm enough to be pliable.
Step 2: Filling ... Lay the wrap flat and brush lightly with olive oil. Add 1 tablespoon of parmesan cheese to each tortilla, followed by 1/4 of each of the following: provolone, salami, ham, peppers, and finish with the mozzarella. Roll up like a burrito. Fold the bottom up, then the 2 sides, and roll.
Step 3: Bake ... Place the rolls, seam side down, on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and sprayed with a non-stick spray. Brush the rolls with olive oil and sprinkle the remaining 4 tablespoons of parmesan cheese on the top. Bake in a 400 degree preheated oven, middle shelf, for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
Step 4: Serve ... Warm up the marinara in the microwave for just a minute. Cut the stromboli wraps in half on a diagonal and serve with the warm marinara. ENJOY!
