Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 275 grams mascarpone cheese
  • 6 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Crispy baguette (24 1/2" slices)

How to Make

  • Step 1: Mix together the marscapone, parmesan, marjoram, salt and pepper. Let it sit at room temperature for an hour before spreading on the bread.

  • Step 2: Just before serving slice the baquette, coat each slice with 1 1/4 tablespoons of the mixture. If you wish decorate each with a bit of red pepper or anything else colourful.

  • Step 3: Broil until the cheese starts to melt and starts to brown - Only about 5 minutes Serve and enjoy - We sure did.
