  • 3 cups boston or bibb lettuce, rough chopped
  • 2 ounces gorgonzola cheese, crumbled

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tablespoons sun dried tomatoes in oil, diced
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pepper to taste
