  • 2 (12 ounce) packages milk chocolate chips
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 2 (7 ounce) jars marshmallow cream
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cups Baileys Irish Cream
  • 2 cups chopped nuts (optional)
  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 (12 ounce) can full-fat evaporated milk
  • 1 cup butter, plus more for greasing pan

How to Make

  • Step 1: Line a 10x15-inch baking pan with foil and coat thinly with butter.

  • Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla extract, Baileys, and chopped nuts.

  • Step 3: In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and 1 cup butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook slowly stirring constantly for 11 minutes. Pour hot milk mixture over the chocolate chip mixture. Stir slowly by hand to blend.

  • Step 4: Pour into prepared pan. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
