Step 1: Line a 10x15-inch baking pan with foil and coat thinly with butter.
Step 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate chips, marshmallow cream, vanilla extract, Baileys, and chopped nuts.
Step 3: In a saucepan, combine sugar, evaporated milk, and 1 cup butter. Bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook slowly stirring constantly for 11 minutes. Pour hot milk mixture over the chocolate chip mixture. Stir slowly by hand to blend.
Step 4: Pour into prepared pan. Chill until set, about 1 hour.
