Ingredients

The ingredients are:
  • 16 ounces coleslaw mix
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 5 green onions, chopped
  • 1/2 cup sesame ginger salad dressing (or more)
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup Thai peanut sauce
  • Salt and pepper
  • 3/4 cup chow mein noodles

How to Make

  • Step 1: Toss coleslaw with bell pepper, green onions, sesame-ginger salad dressing and garlic in large salad bowl. In separate small bowl, toss chicken with peanut sauce, then mix into coleslaw. Add salt and pepper. Sprinkle chow mein noodles on top and serve.
